ArenaNet plant im Zusammenhang mit dem jährlichen Charity-Event Extra Life einen 36-Stunden-Livestream. Von Freitag, dem 3. November, um 21:00 Uhr bis Sonntag um 8:59 Uhr unserer Zeit soll das Event auf dem offiziellen Twitch-Kanal von Guild Wars 2 stattfinden. Dabei sollen nicht nur Entwickler, sondern auch die ArenaNet-Partner verschiedene Abschnitte leiten.
Für alle Zuschauer gibt es neben guter Unterhaltung auch einige Preise zu gewinnen, unter anderem Guild Wars 1 und Guild Wars 2 Merchandise. Als Ziel wurden sich 5.000 Dollar für den guten Zweck gesetzt. Extra Life unterstützt Kinder-Krankenhäuser in den Vereinigten Staaten und in Kanada. I’m excited to announce that ArenaNet will be supporting Extra Life as a company this year by livestreaming 36 hours of Guild Wars 2 gameplay! For those of you who are not familiar with this event, Extra Life is a 24-hour yearly gaming and fundraising marathon in support of Children’s Miracle Network hospitals.
From 12:00 PM PDT on Friday, November 3 to 11:59 PM PDT on Saturday, November 4, tune in to twitch.tv/GuildWars2 to watch ArenaNet developers and members of our partner program play Guild Wars 2. We’ll have tons of cool prizes to give away during the stream, including Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2 merchandise.
